Georgi Minchev was the son of Mihail Minchev – the first mayor of Haskovo

Georgi Minchev was the son of Mikhail Minchev.
Mihail Minchev (1853-1891) – a public figure, a revolutionary, the first mayor of Haskovo (1878).
The book “Bregalnitsa” by Michael Kremen was dedicated to Georgi Minchev. During the Second Balkan War, 1913, Mihail Kremen was appointed a commander of the military troop of Georgi Minchev.
