Promoting intercultural dialogue and improving the access to the cultural heritage through wider use of digital technologies. The cultural and historical heritage of a region is one of the main factors contributing to the development of tourism. The digitization of this heritage and its preservation for the future generations creates a very good environment for the sustainable solution of many of the problems in tourism. The formation of a common regional cultural and historical heritage concept in the long run will result in strengthening of the territorial cohesion in the cross-border region.
The envisaged digitization of the cultural heritage will give unlimited opportunities to share, explore and promote it in a common information environment while preserving it for the future generations.
